In the late days of 2014, Food World News reported that Manganiello had asked Vergara to marry him as they were spending their Christmas holiday in Hawaii; now, only a few months later, news comes out of Sofia Vergara's wedding date already set on.
According to Hello! Magazine, the actress had already discussed that it'd been hard to find the perfect Sofia Vergara wedding date for her nuptials with Manganiello, as both of them have very hectic work schedules: Manganiello's IMDb shows that he's currently got five projects in the works, while Vergara has "Modern Family" and a film coming out this year.
As The Daily Mail reports, the latest news of Sofia Vergara's wedding came from her fiancé, as he talked to the press during the presentation of the documentary "The Resurrection of Jake the Snake" in Los Angeles last weekend, a film about a wrestling superstar who battles with his inner demons, particularly his addiction to alcohol that has destroyed his relationships with those close to him.
For Manganiello, the film is a very personal one: he confessed to Us Weekly that he's a recovered alcoholic who has been sober for more than 12 years. Though it's something the 38 year-old star had already spoken publicly about, it's still really amazing to see how far he's come along with this situation and how proud he is of having overcome the whole thing - so much that there's already a Sofia Vergara wedding date!
It seems like the Sofia Vergara wedding to Joe Manganiello will happen sometime in the next fall - and we can't wait to see the guest list!
