Only a few months after Kelly Clarkson, the first winner of "American Idol," gave birth to her first child with Brandon Blackstock (Reba McEntire's stepson), the winner of the fourth season has now followed in the footsteps, as Carrie Underwood's baby with hockey-playing husband Mike Fisher was just born!

It's happy times in the Fisher-Underwood home, as Carrie Underwood's baby has finally been born after the media followed every step of her pregnancy over the last few months, and she's posted a picture on her social media showing how absolutely adorable her baby boy is!

According to Yahoo! Celebrity, news that Carrie Underwood's baby had been born were announced via her Twitter, saying that the baby boy had come into the world late last week, on February 27.

"Tiny hands and tiny feet," the country star tweeted, gushing about the first Carrie Underwood baby. "God has blessed us with an amazing gift! Isaiah Michael Fisher - born February 27."

According to Entertainment Tonight's website, the show sat down with her last December to talk about how it was to be expecting her first child, and she talked about how her Mike Fisher, her 34 year-old professional hockey playing husband, was excited to become a dad, but he was originally hoping they'd have a daughter - however, from early on the couple showed the world that Carrie Underwood's baby would be a little boy, and they couldn't "wait to meet him."

According to Hollywood Life, the announcement of Underwood's pregnancy came over the past fall, when she posted a picture of her two puppies (named Penny and Ace) on Instagram, with both of the cute little dogs wearing t-shirts that announced that they were going to be big sister/brother - all of which is absolutely adorable!

In any case, congratulations for Carrie Underwood's baby with her husband!
