Avocado smoothie is good as a breakfast substitute, because it is high in calories and contains plenty of good fat. And it’s also great as a weaning food, because it tastes soft and creamy. You can mash avocado then add milk or yogurt with oatmeal. Or you can make avocado smoothie with other general fruits such as strawberries and bananas.
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado, 1 kiwi, 10oz.sugar-free soy milk (or milk, yogurt), 3 to 4 ice cubes
Directions
Put them all into a blender and puree.
