Ingredients
1 avocado, 3-4 slices of lox (smoked salmon), thin slices of onion, a bit of salt, pepper, 1 bagel, 3 tsp. cream cheese, 5 or 6 slices black olive (or caper)
Directions
1. Peel and slice avocado.
2. Toast bagel and spread cream cheese on it.
3. Place avocado and lox on the bagel.
4. Sprinkle with onion slices.
5. Put some olive slices (or capers).
6. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
