Greek yogurt is packed with protein and low-calorie at the same time. Making frozen yogurt is much easier than you might expect. Greek yogurt, sugar, and some seasonal fruits are enough.
Ingredients
3 cups plain Greek yogurt
3/4 to 1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Seasonal fruits
Directions
1. Mix together the yogurt, sugar, and vanilla. Stir until the sugar is completely incorporated. Refrigerate about one hour.
2. Freeze in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Cut the seasonal fruits into bite sizes.
4. Serve the frozen yogurt with the fruits.
