Will Ferrell joins upcoming Comedy “The House” and Stars in Get Hard Film

Will Ferrell signed the contract for the new comedy "The House for New Line Cinema" with the script written by Brendan O'Brien and Andrew J. Cohen who also have written the blockbuster comedy from last year called Neighbors. Cohen is expected for a directorial debut with the upcoming comedy show for this year. While Get Hard film is also expected to hit theatres this year in March.

The comedy's story focuses on "a married couple", Will Ferrell as the husband, who faces a conflict with the college fund of their daughter. In order to get back the fund they have lost, they planned to partner with the neighborhood for the opening of "an illegal casino" using their basement. New Line Cinema puts this project through fast track as the studio eyes for a production start on August.

According to an IMDB article post, Will Ferrell will be producing along with Adam McKay, his partner at Gary Sanchez Production together with Good Universe. Ferrell already faced a trial with Get Hard, but he is not yet done performing some misdemeanors for the films.

Coming Soon's post regarding Ferrell's anticipated movie Get Hard says that the film is set to be released on the 27th of March this year under the direction of Etan Cohen. The comedy films also star Craig T. Nelson, Tip Harris, Kevin Hart, and Alison Brie. Will Ferrell as "millionaire hedge fund manager James" being nailed due to fraud. With 30 days given by the judge in order to comply with the consequences, he turned to Kevin Hart, playing as Darnell, to get him ready for the life in jail.

Indeed, it is quite a challenging year for the comedy actor yet he proved unstoppable of making comedy films even if it's already lawbreaking.
