In the last episode of the prequel show about Steve Rogers' girlfriend Peggy Carter, the British spy was apprehended by the US government over treason, as they've found out she had been working with millionaire playboy Howard Stark - so, how will "Marvel's Agent Carter" season 1 episode 7 fare for the spy?
The show, which stars Hayley Atwell reprising her role as Peggy Carter from the first "Captain America" movie, plus cameos by Dominic Cooper as Howard Stark (Tony's dad), James D'Arcy as Howard's butler Jarvis (on whom the Paul Bettany-voiced robot is based) and Chad Michael Murray as Agent Jack Thompson; now, the "Marvel's Agent Carter" season 1 episode 7 is approaching!
As Movie Web reports, the previous episode ended with Peggy being branded as a traitor by her colleagues at the SSR, so the "Marvel's Agent Carter" season 1 episode 7 should see the British agent trying to set the record straight - something that should include telling her colleagues that her long pursuit for Howard Stark has been wrong all along, as she's worked as a double agent for him because she knows he's not really a traitor to his country.
According to Mstarz, another possible turn is that Peggy might actually find her "missed brother"!
Zap2It reports that the previous episode also featured a huge discovery for Peggy: after following a lead all the way from the Soviet Union, she discovered that there was a Soviet spy just around the corner ... literally, as her neighbor Dottie (from just down the hall from her residence) ended up being involved in a major plot to kill her which involved a psychiatrist she and the SSR team had just rescued in the previous episode, so the "Marvel's Agent Carter" season 1 episode 7 will surely see Peggy trying to convince her coworkers that she's not the spy, but rather Dottie.
Of course, by the end of last episode, Peggy's friend Angie (played by "How I Met Your Mother" daughter Lyndsy Fonseca) discovered that Dottie had left the residence without a trace.
