Ingredients
3/5 cup unbleached all purpose flour
3/5 cup soy milk
1/4 cup grape seed oil
2 tbsp roasted almonds
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp baking powder,
1 tbsp green tea powder
1/4 tofu
1/4 cup raisins
Bit of olive oil
Directions
1. Sift the flour, baking powder and green tea powder through a sieve.
2. Discard water from tofu; mash with spoon.
3. Blend the soy milk, grape seed oil, almonds, and honey, in an electric mixer.
4. Preheat an oven to 350°F.
5. Transfer the tofu mixture into a bowl and add soy milk mixture. Combine well with a spatula. Add the raisins.
6. Grease the baking pan with olive oil and put the green tea cake mixture in it.
7. Bake for 40 minutes.
