A 911 operator 'stop whining' video went viral after a recorded audio tape went out in the open , Sunday when the emergency dispatcher advised a teenager from Maryland to stop 'whining' as he can't understand what she's saying.
The 911 operator 'stop whining' video clearly depicts how a 13-year-old girl was terrified and called 911 after she witnessed her dad, Rick Warrick and his fiancée being smashed by a hit-and-run car in Maryland Highway.
The 911 operator 'stop whining' video showed that the dispatcher asked the girl if two people were struck. The teenage girl replied by saying "yah, they both laying, they just laying..."
The next conversation of the dispatcher to the girl was unexpected. He told the frantic girl, "Ok, let's stop whining. Ok? Let's stop whining. It's hard to understand you."
The 911 dispatcher whose name remained unidentified could face termination after thorough investigation will be released.
Warrick died while his fiancée survived the life-threatening incident.
