For many years, the family of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston has been the subject of news, following issues with drugs and a reportedly abusive marriage - three years after Houston's death they're still making news, with Bobby now claiming that daughter Bobbi Kristina's married news from last year were untrue.
Days ago, 21 year-old Bobbi was found unresponsive in a bathtub and has been fighting for her life ever since, about a year after she made the official announcement that Bobbi Kristina's married status had now changed, following a years-long relationship with Nick Gordon, who had lived with the family since he was 12 and the reality star referred to him as her "big brother."
According to The Daily Mail, Bobbi Kristina's married news was officially announced in January 2014, as she tweeted a picture of both of their hands showing off their wedding rings to the world, as everyone was still just getting used to the fact that they were a couple considering they had grown up together in a very brother and sister kind of relationship.
However, according to CNN, an attorney for Bobbi's father, Bobby Brown, has stated that the Bobbi Kristina married news at the time as fake, and that she never officially tied the knot with Gordon, contrary to reports.
In the past few weeks, he has been seen outside the hospital ward where Brown has been fighting for her life, after doctors have stated that her brain activity is low but has been increasing in the last days.
While the 21 year-old is at the Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, news outlets like Hollywood Life report that her partner and father haven't stopped fighting throughout the entire ordeal, as both of them blame each other for what happened to the singer and reality personality; also, it has emerged that Pat Houston, Whitney's sister, has a restraining order against Nick Gordon that's valid until April.
Whether Bobbi Kristina's married or not, the fact is that her condition in far from being perfectly stable, as her family waits to see if she improves - tragically, this is happening almost three years to the date of Houston's death in February 2012.
