Missing Nursing Student Remains Found In Tennessee: Holly Bobo Remains Identified, Suspects Still At Large

Missing Nursing student remains found in Tennessee in Decatur County on Sunday. The remains of Holly Bobo, who went missing on April 2011 when she was 20, had been found nearly 110 miles from Parsons, her hometown.

There had been about 2,400 clues gathered and reward totaled to $450, 000 according to Fox8 News.

"It was my prayer, as well as the prayers of many others, that Holly Bobo would be found," TBI Director Mark Gwyn said. "And I assure you, this is not over by any means. The investigation is still ongoing to get to the truth."

The news that the missing Nursing student remains found in Tennessee was confirmed late Monday on a news conference by TBI Director Gwyn. A skull had been located by two men while digging for herb ginseng in an isolated area in I-40 in Holladay, CBS News noted.

Aside from Adams, Jason Autry was also a prime suspect in the kidnapping and murder of Bobo. Both have pleaded not guilty for the case of murdering the 20-year-old student.

Other suspects for the case of Bobo are brothers, Mark and Jeffrey Kurt Pearcy, who were also charged of tampering evidences and are accessory to the crime. NBC News noted that Bobo was studying at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2011 taking up Nursing when she disappeared.

The missing Nursing student remains found in Tennessee case was considered as the most expensive and exhaustive in TBI history, and according to PEOPLE, it's not over yet. All the people in West Tennessee have supported the family by putting pink ribbons on storefronts, mailboxes and lamp posts.

Bobo was last seen wearing a pink shirt and clutching a pink purse.

District Attorney Matt Stowe stated that he was pushing death penalty for the case of missing Nursing student remains found in Tennessee. He stated that everyone who participated in the terrible crime and has attacked the peace and dignity of Tennessee must pay for the consequences.
