Sunny-side Up
1. Buy fresh eggs
2. Prepare a non-stick pan
3. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter or vegetable oil
4. Crack in the egg when the oil is medium hot
5. Reduce heat to low immediately
6. Cook slowly until the whites are completely set (you can also cover the pan with a lid)
7. Use a slotted spatula to transfer egg to dish.
8. Serve right away
Scrambled Eggs
1. Buy fresh eggs
2. Prepare a small non-stick pan
3. Beat with a fork or whisk the eggs in a bowl until pale yellow color.
4. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter or vegetable oil
5. Pour the egg mixture and let stand for 10 seconds
6. Stir gently with a wooden spoon until no liquid left.
7. Remove heat immediately and stir more for uncooked part, if desired.
Hard Boiled Eggs
1. Prepare at least 1 or 2 week-old eggs
2. Place the eggs in enough cold water to cover completely over high heat
3. Reduce heat to low-medium and boil for 10 minutes.
4. Immediately, chill the eggs in ice water (to have a good white and yellow color).
