Ingredients
4-5 ripe fresh Avocados, peeled, seeded, cut in chunks
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1 ripe Roma tomato, seeded sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
Cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper
Directions
1. In a bowl, mash together the avocados with lemon juice.
2. Stir in chopped onion, tomato, and cilantro. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve immediately, or refrigerate up to 3 days.
