“During the ‘Baking Blast Series’ course, children will be making a variety of sweet and savory dishes over a six-session course,” Shelley Ballard of Cucina Bambini said.

Cucina’s “Baking Blast Series” will involve Italian dishes such as cannelloni with roasted garlic sauce, triple fudge brownies, twice-baked potato casserole, baked tortilla chips, baked artichoke dip, pear bars, Italian stuffed pizza bread, marinara sauce and other menus that will complete the six-week session.

From April 4 until May 9, Cucina Bambini’s “Brunch Bonanza” cooking class will also be available. “Brunch Bonanza” is for ages eight and above, and all materials are included with the courses.

“Brunch Bonanza” will be held on Wednesday, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. and afternoon sessions are also available with Wednesday classes offered from 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

“Brunch Bonanza” will also involve Italian dishes, such bacon and cheese frittatas and skillet-fried potatoes, breakfast souffles and hash browns, cheese blintz and brown sugar bacon twists, homemade English muffins and eggs benedict, and other menus.

Both classes cost $175 for the series or just $30 for one class.

“We offer culinary education covering a wide range of cooking techniques, along with safe food handling, etiquette and nutrition. We provide a fun and relaxed environment where children of all ages will build confidence and be encouraged to use their creativity in the kitchen. Whether participating in our individual classes, cooking series, summer camps, home school courses or field trips, your kids will have so much fun, they won’t even know they’re learning,” Ballard said.
