Ingredients
1 pound fresh fish fillets (skinless halibut, sea bass, swordfish or striped bass fillets)
1 quart vegetable oil for frying
Salt and pepper
16 corn tortillas
Tomato salsa
1 avocado
White lettuce, shredded
Sour cream
Cilantro leaves, chopped
Directions
1. Marinate the fish with salt and pepper. Heat oil in deep-fryer to 375 F. Fry until crisp and golden brown; drain on paper towels.
2. Heat the tortillas.
3. Place the tortilla, fish, salsa, cabbage, avocado, and cilantro leaves on the table; let everyone assemble their own.
