The midseason finale of the iconic Shonda Rhimes show about professional Washington fixer Olivia Pope left fans wondering all about "Scandal" season 4 spoilers - now, in a recent interview, Scott Foley (who plays hunky Jake Ballard in the show) has spoken out about who made Olivia (Kerry Washington) disappear on the very last scene.
Although fans have only seen the first half, the "Scandal" season 4 spoilers might much more interesting that those found in previous years; after what many called a "messy" third season, the return of Olivia Pope to Washington D.C. has been met with wide acclaim from everyone.
In a recent interview with Time Magazine, the interviewer couldn't help but asking Scott Foley about the "Scandal" season 4 spoilers, after the midseason finale left such a cliffhanger. Of course, following some seriously stressing few weeks as Olivia was half forced to decide between the two men she loves (Foley's Jake Ballard and Tony Goldwyn's Fitzgerald Grant, AKA the President of the United States), Olivia was dancing with Jake without a care in the world; he went to another room, and when he came back she was nowhere to be seen, obviously having been kidnapped.
"As much as all the fans think Olivia and Fitz are meant to be, I think that Jake truly believes that Olivia is the one for him," said Foley, according to MStarz, when asked about "Scandal" season 4 spoilers. "As frustrated as he can get and as much crap as he can take from Olivia, I think that he needs to stick it out, you know? He needs to make sure that she sees what he knows to be the case."
According to Franchise Herald, the 42 year-old "Felicity" actor was also asked whether he thought Jake should just run for it and leave Olivia be with Fitz, but he replied that Jake will fight for Livvie for as long as he can - and how's that for "Scandal" season 4 spoilers?
