Ingredients
1 pound potatoes, halved
1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed
2 carrots, peeled and cubed
1 parsnips, peeled and cubed
1/2 rutabaga, peeled and cubed
3 garlic cloves, minced
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried thyme leaves
2 tbsp steak seasoning
Salt and ground black pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven 375 degrees F.
2. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes, sweet potato, carrots, parsnips, and rutabaga.
3. Season with garlic, thyme, steak seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss until evenly coated; spread vegetables into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
4. Bake vegetables in oven for 20 minutes; stir and return to oven. Cook another 20 minutes.
