Steven Seagal Faces Lawsuit From Former Personal Assistant

Steven Seagal, former movie action star is facing a lawsuit filed by his former personal assistant claiming that the actor abused her sexually. Additional complaints states that Seagal also illegally trafficked women.

In a lawsuit filed by the complainant Kayden Nguyen, she accused the movie actor of sexually abusing her three times, an offense that led the 23 year old woman to escape Seagal's home in New Orleans. Additionally, Nguyen claims that Seagal kept two Russian attendants who must be readily available to him at all time.

In response, Seagal's lawyer claims that the allegations are "ridiculous and absurd". The lawyer also added that Ms. Nguyen is just another "disgruntled ex-employee who was fired".

Kayden Nguyen's $1 million lawsuit accuses the actor of the following misconducts; sexual harassment, failure to prevent sexual harassment, illegal trafficking of females for sex, retaliation, false representation about employment and wrongful termination.

Ms. Nguyen who came into Seagal's employment after she read in an advertisement that the action star is looking for an executive assistant claims that Seagal asked for a massage on her very first day of the job. Subsequent abuse then follows. According to the filed court documents, Seagal used Nguyen as a "sex toy" and subjected her to different "vicious sexual assault". The documents also added that Nguyen's colleagues in Seagal's production company refused to believe her complaints and just turned a blind eye to her treatment. After she left Seagal's employment last February, Nguyen claims that her personal effects were not returned to her after she refused to sign some documents declaring that she would not press legal actions against the actor.

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Action star Steven Seagal who has starred in more than one hundred films including, "Above the Law", "Hard to Kill" and "On Deadly Ground", have yet to issue an official statement about the complaints pressed against him.
