Dr. Evil Returned To Saturday Night Live With Sony Hack Parody

"Saturday Night Live" seasoned veteran Mike Myers returned to the comedy show last Saturday reprising his iconic role as Dr. Evil, mocking the highly publicized North Koreas cyber-war with Sony Pictures.

Dr. Evil, who is well known as Austin Powers arch nemesis, opened the show with a sketch ripping everyone involved in the hack. He made a joke about the "Guardians of Peace" known as "GOP" stating that there is already a "GOP" and "they're already and evil organization." Additionally, Sony did not escape Dr. Evil's hilarious tirades saying that Sony "hasn't had a hit since the Walkman".

He also poked some serious and at the same time hilarious joke on "The Interview". In one of the sketches' funniest line he said "Come on, Sony, you think it's a joke to have James Franco assassinate Kim Jong -Un? The man single handedly killed the Oscars". Dr. Evil also referenced some of his previous movies stating "If you really want to put a bomb in theaters, do what I did - put in The Love Guru."

Mike Myers' sketch is a parody of the recent infamous cyber-attack that exposed a considerable amount of data from Sony servers. The US government has pointed the origin of the attack from North Korea stating that it is a retaliatory move to suppress the release of the movie "The Interview". The film is a parody about a reporter and his producer who was hired by the CIA to assassinate the North Korean leader Kim Jong - Un. The North Korean government has since denied the allegations related to the attack and even The Sony attack, aside from the leak of private Sony documents, have opened the arguments about internet and online privacy as well as regulations regarding the use of the internet. In regards with the cyber-attack, Sony has already cancelled its release of the film "The Interview" which was supposed to be slated for a Dec 25 release.
