Ingredients
2 fillets salmon
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbs water
4 tbs olive oil
1 tbs minced fresh oregano or basil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions
1. Prepare marinade: In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except salmon.
2. Place salmon fillets in a greased baking pan or baking glass dish and marinate with the marinade in refrigerator (1-2 hours).
3. Place salmon fillets in aluminum foil with marinade and seal. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
