Ingredients
2 flank steaks
1/2 cup red wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbs balsamic vinegar
1tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs salt
1 tbs sugar
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
Directions
1. Prepare marinade: Combine all marinade ingredients, mixing well except steaks.
2. Combine steaks with marinade in a resealable plastic bag: Seal bag, pressing out excess air. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning occasionally.
3. Remove steaks from marinade. Grill on an oiled rack over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes for medium-rare, turning once (each side for 7-9 minutes).
4. Transfer steaks to a cutting board and cover with foil. Let stand 10 minutes for easier slicing. Cut into thin slices across the grain.
