Britney Spears has recently showed off her sexy and toned body as she graced the cover for Women's Health magazine. She had nothing but high praises and now she talked about her diet and her workout in achieving the body she wants.
The singer has worn a skimpy peach bikini for the shoot and showed off her well-toned abs for the January and February edition of the said magazine. The mother of two wore the two-piece zippered swimsuit and her body is just enviable.
The pop star rests her arms above her head and has one hip to the side in order to better accentuate her physique and her tummy. Her legs are also lean and to die for. So how did the star do this?
She shares that dancing is a great cardio workout for her. She pointed out that it's something tough and fun at the same time. She said that although she does not always have concerts, she sees to it that she takes care of her body when she is not busy with her schedule.
She adds that she has enrolled in high-octane fitness classes and sees to it that she has healthy dietary habits. She explained that she likes her workouts to be effective even if she's doing it in just a short span of time. She adds, "I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio - usually running - move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as pushups, squats, and situps, then finish it off with a stretch."
As for nutritious foods, the singer reveals that she is into raw foods such as sushi and any kind of fruit. She says that it keeps her body fueled but she revealed that her weakness is drinking sweet tea.
