LeBron James And The Cavs Beats Hornets: Opened The Game With 21-0 Lead

King James and his Cavaliers demonstrated how a perfect team should be after their latest. The Cavs opened the game with a 21-0 lead, a first since 2004. The Cavs played their A-game last night. The Charlotte Hornets on the other hand received a royal trashing after finishing the game on the losing side.

The Big Three went on to fiery offensive output. LeBron James scored a double-double with 27 points and dished out 13 assist. Kevin Love who also nailed a double-double scored 22 points and grabbed 18 rebounds. Kyrie Irving added an additional 16 points for the Cavs.

The two teams exhibited an excellent performance and the Hornets even closed down the deficit to two points. Unfortunately, their defense capitulated to which the Cavs took it to their advantage.

This is a much needed win for the Cavs after their two consecutive losses on the road against Oklahoma City Thunder and the New Orleans Pelican. The Cavs has already won five of their last six home games. The most interesting fact though is James' unselfish playing style. His passing ability has been on display for quite some time already.

When asked what he can say about his team's performance, Hornets coach said "Being 21 down against an elite team on their floor is tough to overcome."

Kemba Walker headed the Hornets in points with 24. The Hornets has been struggling to find their rhythm since the start of the season, they record currently stands at 13-15. This recent loss will mark their third losing streak and road games record at 1-10, the worst road record in the league. And as if to rub salt to their wounds, the Hornets center Cody Zeller sustained a nose injury after he and Anderson Varejao fought for a loose ball. The injury took him out of the game at the late part of the fourth quarter. No statement has been released regarding his current conditions.

The Charlotte Hornets host Phoenix while the Cavs will defend their home court against Atlanta, both games will be played on Wednesday.
