Bill Cosby Update: Finally Talks About Judy Huth's Allegations

Bill Cosby will no longer stay silent regarding the sexual abuse allegations from more than a dozen women as he has filed a motion on Thursday regarding the complaint of a certain Judy Huth, the latest woman to file a case against the comedian, claiming she was sexually harassed when she was only 15.

The attorney of the comedian, Marty Singer, was the one who filed the motion today regarding the lawsuit of Huth. Huth has alleged Cosby of harassing her at the Playboy Mansion back in 1974.

Singer said that the complaints of Huth are just a form of extortion and the claims are totally false and does not even fall in a correct timetable.

The attorney said in the documents filed that the lawyer of Huth initially asked for $100,000 then later asked for $250,000 in order to keep the complainant from pursuing a possible criminal or legal claim or resorting to the media to make her claims public.

Huth's attorney allegedly told Singer: "for the $250,000, 'you'll get anything you want."

Huth reportedly said that she and her friend met the actor while they were wandering around a set located in San Marino. Huth and her friend were both underage. They were allegedly asked by Cosby to be with him on the tennis club the following weekend.

They were then given alcohol by Cosby when they went to another home, which was identified as the Playboy Mansion. Allegedly, Cosby told them to tell everyone who asks them to say that their age is 19.

In her lawsuit, it says, "Cosby directed her to a bathroom within a bedroom suite near the game room. When plaintiff emerged from the bathroom, she found Cosby sitting on the bed. He asked her to sit beside him. He then proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent."

Huth reportedly suffered from sexual battery, intentional infliction and negligent infliction of emotional distress. However, despite the lawsuits not being brought to the Los Angeles Police Department, they are ready to investigate about the said cases.
