A Man Delivers Shark Pups In South African Beach [+VIDEO] ‘I Think That Is The Coolest Thing I Have Ever Seen’

Man Delivers Shark Pups South Africa - The incredible situation was posted on YouTube and gained the attention of multiple people as a heart-warming event that nobody expected.

The video shows a family that was walking through Cape Town, when they encountered themselves with a dead shark in the shore. Apparently, it was the woman filming who noticed that the shark's belly was moving.

Then, a man took a knife and offered to open up the shark. As he did, the insides rapidly show the placenta in which the shark pups are in. The man continues cutting delicately to deliver the new babies.

He does it backing away several times, though, as the animal being a shark and the pups being possibly alive would scare anyone. He gets to remove them successfully and then another man helps to throw them into the sea.

As soon as the shark pups are delivered, they start moving, so it's quite clear they are alive. Still, unless they are taken to the sea fast, they could end up dead.

So, the other man is quick to carry them, carefully as well, to the sea and throw them.

"I think that is the coolest thing I have ever seen," one of the onlookers says while the event takes place and The Independent noted.

The video was posted on Monday and it currently has 778,296 views with some emotional messages from viewers. One of the popular questions was if the shark pups would make it on their own after the man delivered them.

According to UPI, shark pups are born with a full set of teeth and they also typically swim away from their mothers once they are born to avoid being eaten.

So, these shark pups should be more than fine on their own. The situation was definitely "a good example of respect to all forms of life," as the post quoted.
