Justin Bieber Argentina Charges: Interpol After ‘Baby’ Singer, Did He Really Assault Photographer? [VIDEO]

It seems that the singer's visit to Buenos Aires last year wasn't only about performing and partying - according to the new Justin Bieber Argentina charges, the famous singer allegedly assaulted a local photographer as he partied in a club with friends.

While it certainly wouldn't be the first time Justin Bieber has had problems with the law, this time even the International Police (Interpol) may have to get involved as well in the case of Justin Bieber's Argentina charges, and that's definitely a new perspective from previous issues in court.

According to British newspaper The Guardian, even though Justin Bieber's Argentina charges are not yet a reality, every tween's favorite singer will have to appear in a Buenos Aires court within the next 60 days to face accusations - and, if he fails to do so, he'll be facing the Interpol.

It seems that the issue of Justin Bieber's Argentina charges has already reached the highest-ranking people in the South American law system, due to the fact that the judge who is calling on him, Facundo Cubas, is a magistrate in Buenos Aires.

A report on The Daily Mail regarding the subject says that the Justin Bieber Argentina charges force the 20 year-old singer to return to the country of tango within the next two months, where he will be facing questions regarding the alleged attack on a photographer last year.

In November 2013, photographer Diego Pesoa was documenting Bieber's appearance at a Buenos Aires nightclub, Ink, where he was partying with some girls. The entire event was filmed by website Farandula Show, where it can be seen that one of the singer's bodyguards became enraged with Pesoa, then charging and pushing him.

Now, a year later, Justin Bieber's Argentina charges have the singer accused of having sent his bodyguard team to beat up on the photographer.

Currently, Judge Cubas has said that Argentine justice would be using all "necessary means" to let the singer know he had to appear in court, and, in case he didn't, Interpol would locate him and extradite him to the South American country.

In the case that Justin Bieber's Argentina charges find him guilty, he could be facing up to a year in prison.
