Katarina Sreckovic Close To Being Fired For Distracting Players With Attractiveness: 'I Admit It Was A Problem At First'

Katarina Sreckovic Fired - Is there such a thing as being too pretty for a job? Apparently, there is. This is Katarina Sreckovic's case.

She works as a reporter for the Red Star team from Belgrade, Serbia. Katarina Sreckovic is a 25 year-old woman who landed her "dream job" and was close to losing it for her "too appealing" appearance, 570WKBN reported.

The producers of the television show that is dedicated to the Red Star soccer team in Belgrade were looking for a presenter and when they found Sreckovic, they thought they made a wonderful choice.

She is a passionate fan of the club, and also graduated with degrees in Literature and Chinese, NY Daily News noted. But the problems came when she asked questions to the players and they were "unable to concentrate."

"I admit it was a problem at the start, but I think they've got used to me now. It was tough, though, because for a while it seemed as if they might not be able to work with me at all," the reporter shared.

The problems escalated up to the point where she was asked to leave the field because she was a distraction to the players. They complained about being unable to focus on the game.

Still, as time passed, the players were able to cope with Katarina Sreckovic's beauty and she didn't get fired; which marked a happy ending for everyone involved.

The reporter that was almost fired for being "too attractive" dated a junior player before and now she has a boyfriend who is a fan of the same club she works for, but is not a player.

Katarina Sreckovic has an Instagram account and she gets called "muse" in her pictures and "beautiful lady." She also seems to be a great food fan.

The funny detail is that in the modelling world, for instance, being fired or not considered for "beauty" reasons is not exactly shocking. But being fired for being "too attractive"?

That's something new and Katarina Sreckovic can testify that she lived it. I am not so sure she will be too torn about it, though.
