Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel File Defamation Lawsuit Against Heat Magazine

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are moving to court to file a law suit but not against each other, against the European edition of Heat magazine for an alleged defamation. The magazine reportedly published defamatory statements against the couple and published certain contentious photos, attributing them to the Hollywood celebrity couple.

In the latest news concerning Justin Timberlake and his sexy actress wife Jessica Biel, the two have filed two separate lawsuits in two days against the German publishers of Heat Magazine. The suit was filed in Dublin because the magazine has circulation all over Europe. The magazine reportedly attributed certain defamatory statements to the actress Jessica Biel while publishing certain pictures in last month's copy of the newspaper. The suit was filed in Ireland.

Heat magazine, which is run by German publisher, Bauer Media Group, has not replied to the suit.

Lawyers, however, claim that it could take a year before the case is heard.

Justin Timberlake's lawyer had this to say about the suit. "We have issued defamation proceedings on behalf of our clients, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, in relation to an article and a headline in Heat magazine. We are suing in Ireland in relation to publication in all jurisdictions, as our clients are entitled to do."

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have been in the news lately recently over certain pictures that came up of Justin getting cozy with fellow singer Zenya surfaced. The two were even rumored to be heading for a divorce.

Later on, the rumor mills went into overdrive with pregnancy rumors after Jessica Biel was spotted in Sydney, Australia, on vacation with an apparent baby bump. If the rumors are true, this would be the first baby for the couple, who got married in October 2012 in an exclusive resort in Puglia.
