2015 Best and Worst Celebrity Health Habits, What Gwyneth Paltrow and Other Celebrities Did to Keep Fit

Ever wonder what these fit celebrities do? In the life of the rich and famous, Alison Sweeney, Gwyneth Paltrow, Trista Sutter and Suzanne Somers, these celebrities share their guilty pleasures and skinny tips.

Alison Sweeney for example, the skinny Sweeney and The Biggest Loser host takes the 30 day challenge. Every day she increases her cardio and strength routine with her body progressively responding quite well. She pushes herself with the EA Sports Active Fitness video game package.

Gwyneth Paltrow, owner and writer of goop.com, however, has a different take. She likes it clean. She takes The Clean Program, a twenty one day detox program. The program allows her one filling meal a day made from raw fruits, vegetables, quinoa, fish and nuts. The girl really loves her quinoa.

Which is a different diet compared to Trista Sutter's. The Bachelorette Sutter is passionate about Revolution Abdominal Cuts supplements which has conjugated linoleic acid. This type of acid is found in red meat, dairy products and safflower oil. She claims that the CLA based diet and supplements help her lose body fat and increases her body mass, which makes her a lean machine.

And last but definitely not the least, Suzanne Somers. The 63 year old involves herself with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. HRT is a plant-derived estrogen and progesterone regimen that has the same makeup as our body's hormones. Why is she doing this? She wants to fight the seven nightmares of menopause. That includes forgetfulness, sweatiness, itchiness, irritability, sleepiness, bloating and dryness. This therapy though is not FDA approved so there is no guarantee that they are either safe or effective. Nanette Santoro, MD and Chairwoman of OB-GYN at the University of Colorado suggests that women should talk to their doctors first about their own individual health before starting on any kind of therapy.

As always, the quest to being a healthy woman never ends but it always starts with your own personal body profile, as reported online.
