There are too many diet books and practices out there and lots of people who are trying to lose weight have probably tried all of them. But the mystery is that why some people don't get the same results that others have from proven diet routines and practices? In a report published by the publication Herald, this is actually a common situation since science has a lot to do with it.
In a recent study done by scientists in Israel, it would appear that people's body types differ from each other and it is the very reason why some diet doesn't work for everybody. Take for example the South Beach Diet that has swept America claiming it has made a lot of people lose their weight, but still there were some who found it unsuccessful. And it is not because the diet plan they chose was a hoax, but their body might not have the right mechanism or chemical reactions to respond to their chosen practice.
The team took 800 people to volunteer for the said paper and based on their experiment, the age and the body mass index have a lot to do with an individual's response to diet. Each were given the same food to eat on a daily basis and the results were different per individual. This just showed that it is not because diet plan is so miraculous that a person's weight could improve. It all happens individually.
It makes sense if you come to think about it because even if one has tried all the diet plans there is in Hollywood, but the age and the body mass index won't exactly respond to it then it would be pointless. In the end, it is a must to find a diet that would work for you not just because it worked for others.
