Coldplay and Justin Bieber Showed Support for Paris Terrorist Attack Victims

The Canadian singer and songwriter - Justin Bieber and the British rock band formed by lead singer Chris Martin and lead guitarist Jonny Buckland - Coldplay, showed their support for the victims of the Paris terror attacks during their shows in Los Angeles.  

Reports were buzzing on Friday, that terrorists attacked several sites in the French capital,  with armed men shooting innocent bystanders at restaurants and bars. Reportedly, at least two bombs exploded outside the Stade de France (national stadium of France) during a soccer game between France and Germany - which French President Francois Hollande (French politician who has been the President of France since 2012) was attending.

The terrorists took hostages at the gig of American rock band - Eagles of Death Metal at the city's Bataclan venue, with reports suggesting that terrorists killed more than 80 revelers inside the concert hall.

The artists expressed their shock and sorrow on their social media accounts, as the extremely wicked act was unfolding, many artists also told their fans to "Pray for Paris".

Justin Bieber, who won numerous fan-voted awards such as the American Music Award for Artist of the Year in 2010 and 2012,  was performing two concerts at the Staples Center in Los Angeles when the terrorists hit Paris on Friday, and Justin Bieber had extra security guards on-hand as the singer left the venue.

Justin Bieber wrote on his Twitter account, "Had a great first show, but just heard about what happened in Paris. Thoughts and prayers with everyone #PrayForParis."

The gig of Coldplay at the Belasco Theater in Los Angeles on Friday night almost got cut off after the group heard the news about the terrorist attack in Paris.

However, the British rock band behind the hit song 'A Sky Full Of Stars' went ahead with the show as planned, opening their performance with a minute's silence and then a rendition of John Lennon's peace anthem - Imagine.
