Everyone's had his or her fair share of car accidents, but it's not that often you get to see an expensive sports car get wrecked out of stupidity.
Just over the weekend, a driver in Budapest, Hungary found a way to crash his Ferrari LaFerrari in the most perplexing way possible.
No on has been able to confirm what really happened that led to the car crash, since multiple reports have claimed different theories as to where it all went wrong.
But we finally know what happened, as BMW M-Blog reports:
"Apparently driving in a straight line was a little too much for the driver of this Italian super car. The LaFerrari can be seen ahead of the filming vehicle trying to make his way through a cluster of slower moving cars. When the exotic finally gets a chance to move past the group of snails its driver makes a dangerous and fatal error that any driver of a high performance car should know how to prevent. Upon acceleration the Ferrari starts to turn toward the left lane and then driver over corrects while still giving the super car gas. The end [result] is a wrecked $1.4 million dollar super car."

Needless to say, the accident was outrageously idiotic. Having a wrecked Ferrari LaFerrari could have been avoided if the driver just left his foot off the gas pedal while making the turn.
Or, he could have just waited for the right opportunity to take over the slow moving cars. It's just a shame to waste such a beauty of a car, and probably karma getting back at him for being so impatient.
