Award-winning entertainer Liza Minnelli was forced to cancel her upcoming shows, including her scheduled performance at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts due to health reasons.
Minnelli was due to appear in Broken Arrow and Thackerville in Oklahoma on the 12th and 14th of November for her Great Day concerts, but the gigs were cancelled as well as her scheduled performance in San Antonio, Texas on November 28 because of her doctor's orders.
Liza's management team confirmed that the 69 year old had to cancel her shows after the doctor advised her to focus on improving her health. "Liza Minnelli has been advised by her physician to cancel her upcoming concerts in Oklahoma and Texas," the organizer of the show announced, as per contactmusic. "She deeply regrets that she will not be able to perform for her devoted fans and is very grateful for the love they have shown her throughout her career."
Her team, however, did not disclose her health problem.
All tickets purchased for Minnelli's show will be refunded, according to mySA.
