'Strictly Come Dancing' participant Carol Kirkwood showed off her slimmer figure following her recent revelation that she lost a lot of weight since joining the dancing competition last month.
The 53 year old weatherwoman was all smiles when she was spotted heading to BBC studio for her rehearsal, as per Express. She flaunted her slimmer physique in a tight, hugging, navy blue dress. Kirkwood matched her look with a pair of metallic sandals and a pair of diamante earrings. Carol highlighted her face by wearing a natural look make up, which she finished with a pink lip gloss.
She was brimming with confidence while posing for the photographers as they took her pictures.
Earlier this month Kirkwood revealed that since joining the competition 'Strictly Come Dancing' she realized that she "lost a dress size" and "lost it quite quickly" and insisted that she toned up since losing weight.
Carol also admitted to The Sun via Metro she's receiving lots of attention from the opposite sex since beginning her stint on the show. She revealed she's getting many date offers from her fans.
"Sometimes you do get invited out by viewers but I don't know these people that are writing emails to me saying 'Let's go to dinner,''' Kirkwood revealed. "I'm very flattered that anybody would be bothered to do that but I don't know who they are so I'm not tempted to follow them up."
Aside from Carol, fellow contestant Peter Andre also previously revealed that he lost a shocking amount of weight since he joined the show.
"On my wedding day I was 11 stone 7lb, and now I'm 11 stone but it doesn't show," Andre told Ok Magazine via Now Magazine. "If I don't eat loads in the day I eat a lot at night. I used to eat and eat and eat but I don't anymore."
Andre admitted that this year's participants were pushed to their limits making them work hard, which makes them burn more fats.
