Sriracha Burger: Extra Long Sriracha Cheeseburger Officially On Burger King Menu To Fill All Your Spicy Needs

Over the past couple of years, if there has been one condiment that has achieved superstar status it's Sriracha chili sauce, a spicy variation from Thai cuisine that has turned heads all over the world thanks to its delicious taste, prompting companies to partner up with American maker Huy Fong Foods for food products containing it - including a new Sriracha burger.

The second-largest fast food chain in the world, Burger King, has now officially released their Sriracha burger, officially called the Extra Long Sriracha Cheeseburger, as part of their recently launched double-wide burger.

The Sriracha burger was officially released through a press release on the company's website, announcing a 2 for $5 deal of their novelty item, which includes two beef patties, as well as a "Sriracha flavored sauce, melted American cheese, crisp iceberg lettuce, sliced white onions" in their new, bigger bun.

Grub Grade reports that this new Sriracha burger is part of the chain's current Mix & Match $5 deal that includes a few other burger such as their Original Chicken Sandwich, the Big Fish Sandwich and finally the current Sriracha offer.

According to Food Beast, the Sriracha burger won't be on the menu forever, as it's apparently just a limited-time offer on selected Burger King locations across the country, so the best idea is to call ahead to your nearest store to ask whether they're serving the special burger.

A few weeks back Burger King brought to the U.S. their widely publicized black bun burger for a special Halloween promo to heavy criticism, as critics and consumers alike weren't too sure about eating a suspiciously black burger - particularly when it came out that those who had in fact consumed the burger ended up with an unpleasant surprise when going to the bathroom later on.

In any case, be sure to check if your nearest Burger King is offering the Sriracha burger - and enjoy!
