Harry Potter' Prequel ‘Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them’ Will Start Filming In Liverpool

Later this October, Harry Potter's "Fantastic Beasts And Where to Find Them," will start the production in Liverpool, England, and as stated by Liverpool Echo, Eddie Redmayne, the actor who made his film debut in 2006's Like Minds, will take the lead role as Newt Scamander. The Oscar Best actor for the movie, The Theory Of Everything -Redmayne, will portray a British magizoologist who will begin his expedition in New York with the setting in 1920.

The role of Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander will document magical creatures and beasts that he encounters in his adventure. Newt Scamander's experience will begin in a textbook with the same title "Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them," an official compulsory reading in Hogwarts School of Wizardry,  70 years later from the time of Harry Potter.

The British Broadcasting Corporation reported that David Heyman, the filmmaker and the producer of all "Harry Potter" film series, will also be producing the "Harry Potter" prequel "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them." And David Heyman said that "Liverpool City," "works perfectly for our film."

In completing the production team, director David Yates will be collaborating with the visual effects supervisor - Tim Burke and Philippe Rousselot (Oscar-winning director of photography).

Moreover, the cast of 'Fantastic Beasts And Where to Find Them' will include the American actress Katherine Waterston, the singer-songwriter and pianist - Alison Sudol, Ezra Miller (known for his roles as Vincent "Vinnie" Rizzo, Jr. in City Island film), the American stand-up comedian and actor -  Dan Fogler, Colin Farrell, Samantha Morton, and the Hellboy star - Ron Perlman.

According to the spokeswoman of the city council, as the "Harry Potter" prequel, "Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them," will be filming in Liverpool, it will have about 530 cast and crew.

And the film is slated to be released worldwide in 3D and IMAX on November 18, 2016.
