Justin Bieber's Legal Team Taking Action Over Nude Photos

The legal team of Justin Bieber is now taking action over the singer's nude photos published by the New York Daily News website on Wednesday, October 7, according to reports.

The supposedly private photos were taken while Justin Bieber was on the balcony of his suite during a trip to Bora Bora. Though the images posted came with a small modesty bar to hide Bieber's private parts, it still didn't go too far from the original uncensored images which immediately made headlines on the internet.

After the news reached Bieber's legal team, reports say that his private lawyers quickly sent their cease and desist letter to the New York Daily News, asking the website to take out all the nude photos within 12 hours.

As of Thursday evening, the publisher's site still has not deleted the content even if legal action was carried out by Justin Bieber's team.

Adding to this, the letter states that the images are of Bieber, but these are unauthorized claimed photos and the site is clearly violating Bieber's publicity and privacy rights.

The letter reads, "We recently became informed that your company has obtained and is distributing unauthorized photographs of our Client including images showing him without clothing."

As for the latest update, reports say that Bieber's legal team is all set to file a formal suit against the website on the aftermath events just in case the photos are not removed.

On the other hand, the photo agency being held responsible for the posted images, insists that there was no foul play, adding that there is clearly 'no invasion of privacy' involved in the said case.

Amidst this new battle that the Canadian superstar is currently into, it seems like he still has more important things to do.

In fact, besides preparing for the upcoming release of his fourth studio album 'Purpose' which will due on November 13, Friday, Bieber is also getting ready for a possible big world tour team up with the 'Problem' hit-maker, Ariana Grande.
