Emma Watson is currently training to become a certified yoga teacher. She's been working hard for years to attain her teaching credentials. As part of the course, she underwent meditation for a week.
''I'm a massive yoga fan and I've been trying, for a couple of years now, to finish my yoga certification so that I can teach, which is very exciting, the 25 year old actress told Nick Grimshaw on BBC Radio 1. "And so as part of that certification I went into a week of meditation teaching, which was amazing and a super great experience.''
The 'Harry Potter' actress previously admitted she turned to the spiritual practice so that she could anchor her crazy life. Inspired by its discipline she wanted to be a certified yoga teacher as well.
Although she is an accomplished actress, Watson admitted she has no idea what the future holds, so she decided to use her free time learning yoga.
"People are like: 'Where are you living? What are you doing?' I don't know," she told Elle Australia for its May cover story. "I'm too young to decide right now if I want to live here or in New York or in LA or wherever else. And I really struggled for the answers the past three years. I should really know! I should really commit!'"
She continued, "I was like 'I need to find a way to always feel safe and at home within myself'. Because I can never rely on a physical place."
Meanwhile, Watson celebrated the milestone of her career, she just completed filming 'Beauty and the Beast' exactly 15 years after she was cast in the 'Harry Potter' movie series.
On August 21 2015, Watson finished the live action adaptation of the fairytale and said it's the same day, 15 years ago, she won the Hermione Granger role in the wizard franchise.
