'Johnny Depp' Sells His Yacht Named After Ex 'Vanessa Paradis' to Please Wife 'Amber Heard'

Johnny Depp has recently sold his 156-foot luxury yacht, dubbed as the "Vajoliroja" after his former love of 14 years Vanesa Paradis, when wife Amber Heard refused to climb aboard.

International Design Times reported that "Vajoliroja" was also the combination of Johnny and Vanessa's kids' names; Lily-Rose, 16, and Jack, 13. The "Pirates Of The Caribbean" star bought the ship in 2007 which is a part of his past romance with the 42-year-old French model-actress.

"Johnny loved that yacht. But he bought it for Vanessa and Amber is still jealous of her," a source told Us Weekly. As a matter of fact, the 29-year-old model refused to step foot on the vessel.

To recall, the "Black Mass" lead star and the French singer never married and divorced in June 2012. Later that month, Johnny confirmed he was dating Amber and the pair wed in February this year.

Amber's relationship with her husband's family is smoother sailing. In fact, the model hung in the DJ booth with Jack when Johnny's band Hollywood Vampires played a gig at The Roxy in West Hollywood, California on Sept. 17.

"She kept saying how great Jack is," another source told Us. "They have a really good relationship and Amber seems like a good stepmom."

The 52-year-old star's rock group is composed of Alice Cooper, Duff McKagan, Joe Perry and Matt Sorum. Surprise guests, including Kesha and Marilyn Manson, also joined the band during their two-night performance Sept. 16 and 17.

Moreover, the pair donated hearing aids at Starkey Hearing Foundation at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Thursday, Sept. 24, alongside bandmate Alice. They provided "gift of hearing" to approximately 200 children and adults in the center.

"If you pass something over to someone that they haven't had ever before, it's very moving," Johnny confessed to Associated Press. He even shared the story of a girl whom he helped to turn the volume up and uttered words to test if she can hear and she went, "Yes! ... I can hear!"

Amber also shared her feelings after doing something for a good cause. "The reaction somebody has when they hear for the first time, in this case, you see it light up - changes their whole face," she said.
