Nick Gordon's response to the $40 million lawsuit was packed with claims and full of shocking revelations for the murder of Bobbi Kristina Brown could have been caught on video.
Nick Gordon's legal team is loaded with legal experts, including Jose Baez, who won an acquittal for Casey Anthony. However, the attorneys were surprise when they heard Nick Gordon's confession. He reportedly admitted that before Kristina died, he was actually spying on her through a surveillance camera. However, it remains unknown where the cameras are at this point in time. It is highly probable that it was able to capture the bath tub incident.
He also confessed that he and his late girlfriend had a fight before she died and he stated he changed his clothes after the argument. But amidst his confessions, he denies that the fight became physical at some point.
"That sounds very strange - the part about changing clothes," Bo Dietl, NYPD homicide detective told National Enquirer. "Obviously, (the reason) could have been the blood splatter on his clothes when she got her tooth knocked out - that could be a reason to change clothes."
Bo further went on by pointing out that the cameras may have actually captured him while his assaulting her.
In a legal statement obtained by Starcasm, Gordon admitted that he tried to wake Kristina during the bath tub incident and he attempted to perform a CPR on her.
Another revelation confirmed that his family is no stranger to murder. His maternal uncle, Robert Gordon is currently in prison. He is serving a 30 years to life behind bars for killing a shopper in 1993 during a botched robbery, Celeb Dirty Laundry reported.
Gordon's name was dragged into Bobbi Kristina's death after she was found face down, unresponsive in a bath tub back in January 31, in the house very house she and Gordon used to share.
