The downfall of one of the most iconic men in comedy continues in the latest Bill Cosby update, as more newly released court papers about the 78 year-old entertainer reach the media with new revelations, including the origin of the prescriptions for drug Quaalude, which were recently revealed he used for years to drug women into having intercourse with him.

In the latest Bill Cosby update, it has been revealed that, when the legendary "Cosby Show" comedian was in need for Quaaludes for what has been found were his decades-running escapades, he went to visit a doctor that will have many raising eyebrows: he actually got the prescriptions from a gynecologist.

According to a recent Bill Cosby update on The Washington Post, it was Leroy Amar, a Hollywood prescriber of Quaaludes in the 1970s, who provided Cosby with the pills, which he'd later use to ease things up to get women to perform sex*al acts with him.

In the 2005 deposition recently released from secrecy that has provided many Bill Cosby updates, Cosby revealed that it was Amar who gave him the pills, although the gynecologist knew the comedian had no intention of consuming the then-called "disco biscuits" himself.

In other Bill Cosby updates, BBC reports that recently released biography "Cosby: His Life and Times," which leaves out the many rape allegations against the comedian, has been recently pulled from bookstores, not long after fellow entertainers asked that their names be taken off the book's reviews amid the growing scandal.

In the meantime, according to Rolling Stone, multiple award-winning rapper Eminem was recently on "Sway in the Morning" when he was asked to freestyle, and he went on to do a 6-minute freestyle where he jabbed Cosby, among others like Caitlyn Jenner and Donald Trump.
