The Suicide Squad's video trailer views rocketed over Batman v Superman, with a jaw-dropping 50.9 million views and made it to be the week's top rankings.

The poor quality of the leaked trailer made Warner Bros. release the real HD version on Monday after Comic-Con.
The Suicide Squad trailer views compare favorably with those of Avengers: Age of Ultron (50.6 million in the first week) and Jurassic World (53.9 million), but Suicide Squad still trail Stars Wars: Episode VII (58.2 million).
Suicide Squad outdid the Batman v. Superman trailer, where the Batman v. Superman trailer garnered 19.8 million views only which may be good enoughfor a number two spot. With two months ahead of Suicide Squad which was released in April, the Batman v. Superman teaser trailer now has a total of 42.7 million views.
The trailer numbers of Suicide Squad and Batman v. Superman may not be a guarantee that the film itself will do well, but it indicates how curious the mainstream audiences are. Thumbs up for Warner Bros., as both superpower flicks Suicide Squad and Batman v. Superman are under their belt and will be out in theaters next year -
Suicide Squad and Batman v. Superman trailers are doing quite well, however, both did not come close to match the first week of release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Avengers: Age of Ultron. Star Wars movie trailer garnered 58.2 million in its first week, and Marvel's The Avengers sequel earned a healthy 50.6 million views.
Batman v Superman will hit theaters on March 25, 2016, and Suicide Squad is slated on August 5, 2016.
