Demi Lovato Stumbled At Pool Party While Promoting 'Cool for the Summer'

Demi Lovato was promoting her latest track 'Cool for the Summer' at a summer pool party held in Watermarke Tower, Los Angeles on July 5, Sunday, when she accidentally lost her balance and fell hard onto the wet stage while performing.

The 22-year old was rocking the small stage placed in the middle of a swimming pool and she was about to jump off into the pool water with her fans when the mishap occurred.

On Twitter, Lovato jokingly shared her experience with a video link included, she captioned it "Well... It's not a tour without busting ass!!!! #NotCoolForTheSummer #F-klt."

She also posted the video in her Instagram page with hashtags, "#NOTCoolForTheSummer #F*ckIt".

Despite the awkward fall, the "Heart Attack" singer did not take it too seriously and immediately jumped off the stage again and into the pool for a second try.

While she was confidently wearing her high-heels and sexy bikini, Lovato went on performing, held the microphone and sang again like as if nothing happened.

The singer later then travelled to Temple Night Club located in San Francisco during the same day to host another concert.

Lovato's latest track "Cool for the Summer" is expected to debut on her fifth album. Since its release last week, the new song is currently one of the chart toppers for the month of July.

As of the recent counts, the official music video of "Cool for the Summer" which debuted just five days ago, has already reached 4.5 million views on YouTube.

The song was released in perfect timing, as the summer has arrived in the US. With lyrics like, "Take me down into your paradise / Don't be scared cause I'm your body type. Just something that we wanna try cause you and I/ We're cool for the summer," people will surely feel the summer-y vibe with the song.

"Cool for the Summer" was co-written by music hitmakers Max Martin and Savan Kotecha.

Here's a fan-owned video clip, showing Demi Lovato's nasty fall on stage.
