Kim Kardashian has never denied accusations about her plastic surgery procedures, although there is one thing she wants to make clear: she'll never get it while she's pregnant.

The reality star is expecting her second child, and she’s making headlines for allegedly having botox and fillers.

Kim is currently expecting a little brother for North West and some have expressed concern that she has been receiving cosmetic Botox treatments, given the appearance of swelling on her lips in some recent photos.

Although the 34-year-old famously documented her procedures with botox and cosmetic treatments, she slammed reports that she was still having it done throughout her pregnancy.

"No I don't do fillers or botox when pregnant like some tabloids are reporting, you would have to be really sick to endanger your child like that," she wrote on her Instagram post.

"Anyone who has been pregnant or gained weight knows your face totally changes! My nose gets bigger, cheeks fuller & my lips swell up."

She's currently promoting the upcoming debut of her new website, promising to show techniques on doing a perfect contour on the face.

“Can’t wait to show u this contouring make up tutorial for my changing pregnant face!" she wrote on her Instagram account alongside her solo picture in full makeup. "The challenge is trying to adjust the make up to make me feel normal & we will share our tricks on KimKardashianWest.com."

Kim has been doing her best to take care of herself while carrying her second child, after all the struggles that she endured to get pregnant.

Mrs. West recently revealed how long she’s been pregnant with the second little Kimye baby. She took to Instagram on June 29 to reveal that she is four months pregnant with her son.

The snap shows an image of Kim wearing a very revealing and sexy black dress that shows off her growing curves.

The caption simply reads, “4 months” and shows an emoji of a baby head and a bottle.
