Finding the perfect mascara can be a daunting task. Eyelash extensions have been the go-to solution to for getting those long, volumized lashes - especially in Los Angeles.
Benefit Cosmetics has been teasing the new formula for their They're Real! Mascara. What's great about the product is its ability to lengthen, and volumize lashes without the clump.
The wand design is something like never before. It's firm enough to coat, but malleable enough to reach those bottom lashes, which are normally the most difficult ones to coat.
In fact, E! Online says that the wand can even be used in two different ways. First as the way one typically uses mascara - "holding it horizontally and brushing it upward."
The other technique is to hold the wand vertically. The tip "resembles a rollerball" that enables users to "separate, slightly curl and really finesse the lashes."
In addition to the new wand, the newly developed formula doesn't require re-application. Because the formula is "silky smooth," it gives lashes an even coat all throughout.
Most mascaras that have fiber-coating abilities typically end up in flakes. But the Benefit They're Real! Lengthening Mascara doesn't leave any residue when washed off nor does it leave any crumbs on one's face.
Benefit Cosmetics prides in their makeup products to be light and to be used for daytime. But not only that, but just adding more and more layers, the makeup can also be used for more dramatic and evening looks.
With just three coats of this mascara on the lashes, consumers can grab the same effect as those with false lashes. Unlike most mascaras, additional coats of They're Real! allows lashes to become more defined.
However, there is still a downside to this heaven-sent product. The online publication notes that the mascara "seems to run out rather quickly."
Benefit Cosmetics' new They're Real! Lengthening Mascara costs $24 and can also be purchased from Sephora outlets. The mascara, along with the They're Real! Eyeliners in its new colors will hit the shelves on June 26.
