Apple Watch Gains Disappointed Users

Ever since tech company Apple released the Apple Watch, many have been aspiring to get their hands on the new device that not only tells time, but includes other high-tech functions. However, this innovative product has already received complaints, with some users already returning it to stores.

After New York's published fashion writer Vanessa Friedman's famous piece about parting with her Apple Watch, people have been curious why. This led to other people wanting their own smartwatch.

Vanessa Friedman said that the relationship wasn't needed and that all the focus on San Francisco and Apple's next big innovation made her realize that the watch was not compatible with her.

"Still, I will never regret the weeks we spent together. They taught me some valuable truths about myself. Like, for example, that I do not want to be defined by a talking point on my wrist," she added.

According to Scott Kelby, the main problem of the watch is its battery. People would not want to have watches that need to be charged every 2 hours as they would always want their watches to be on their wrists all the time.

As the watch's battery needs to be monitored just like phones, this has become a burden to users who are used to traditional watches that don't run out of battery quickly.

Many tech enthusiasts and journalists have also expressed their dismay over the device.

Jay Yarrow from the Business Insider said that after a month with the Apple Watch, he was ready to give it up to someone who would buy it for the right price.

On the other hand, blogger Chris Walters offered his opinion on what the tech company should consider when releasing gadgets like the Apple Watch.

"Do not put something that measures time onto a device that forces the user to wait and do not create a device that turns itself off repeatedly while the user is trying to use it," Chris said.

Ray Sharma, from The Globe and Mailexpects that the new device would create a new era of software development. But like many other users, he was disappointed.
