Phil Spencer of Microsoft Will Reclaim Gaming Fans

The Head of Microsoft's Xbox division Phil Spencer will reclaim their gaming fans by the expansion project that his team is now committed to accomplish.

Xbox One has been the object of criticisms because of its inability to satisfy gamers when it is offline. Players cannot make profiles and achievements become unavailable when they are not connected to the server.

Spencer promised to fix and improve these kinds of problems in the Xbox One as soon as his team could. Fans are happy that their comments are being heard by the head of the Xbox division himself. But they believe that the issues will not be addressed immediately since Spencer didn't mention about the specific time period the problem would be fixed.

Spencer is also giving gamers hope about the new games and content for the Xbox. He posted on his Twitter account that he likes to bring more 360 games in the console.

Spencer has been receiving negative comments and reactions about Microsoft bringing PC gaming to Windows. But he just chose to accept them.

"This will sound funny, but I embrace the skepticism people might have because of Games for Windows - Live. It's in our past, and wasn't a fleshed-out programmer fully supported by the Xbox team; it was another thing that was separate," Spencer stated in an interview.

"But if you bet on us for Games For Windows - Live, I can understand somebody saying, "Hey, you're going to have to earn my trust back." And that's why when I stand there talking about it, I'm not showing any fancy videos, I'm not trying to pizzazz you with anything other than, "Here's what we are; here's what we're trying to do. And the SDKs are available now," according to the head.

Spencer is confident that they will eventually win the PC gamers.
