As millions of people on the face of the Earth tuned into what had been dubbed as "The Fight of the Century," many were shocked to see the entourage of each of the boxers, as Floyd Mayweather's included teen idol Justin Bieber and the Burger King mascot ... and Jimmy Kimmel on Manny Pacquiao's!
Dubbed "Manny's Justin Bieber" in reference to the main star on his opponent's entourage, the appearance of Jimmy Kimmel on Manny Pacquiao entourage was both unexpected and hilarious, and the "Jimmy Kimmel Live" host is more than willing to share what it was like behind the scenes in what became the highest profiting sports event in history.
Now, a few days after the controversial fight, the late night show host talks about the Jimmy Kimmel Manny Pacquiao experience, discussing what it was like being a part of Pac-Man's entourage as he entered the ring - including Kimmel's absolutely ridiculous attire last Friday night!
According to AOL, it seems like Jimmy Kimmel's Manny Pacquiao appearance happened mainly because the iconic boxer lets people come to his side whenever they ask politely, which is exactly what Sarah Silverman's ex did - and he was very concerned over looking the part, too!
Kimmel was curious as to why Pac-Man didn't have any big names in his entourage besides his trainer, Freddie Roach, and so Jimmy Kimmel's Manny Pacquiao offer came up.
"Manny Pacquiao didn't have a sexy teen idol in his camp, so I offered myself," said the talk show host and comedian, according to Gmanetwork.
The Washington Post reports that his appearance walking into the ring (where he looked dead serious with "gold chains and a stupid hat") wasn't Kimmel's only big moment during "The Fight of the Century," as he also happened to photobomb the boxer and his trainer in a Samsung-sponsored Twitter selfie.
Surely, Samsung didn't complain over having Jimmy Kimmel on Manny Pacquiao's pic for free!
