A lot has been said lately about the current state of mind of the Kardashian brother, and there was even an episode of his family's reality show, "Keeping up with the Kardashians," dedicated to his mother and sisters seeking help for his apparent depression - and it seems that, due to this, there'll be a Rob Kardashian lawsuit soon enough.
While his sisters (particularly Khloe, Kim and Kendall) are known as being fairly attention-grabbing in the media, the reported Rob Kardashian lawsuit would prove that Kris Jenner's son and "Dancing with the Stars" finalist is far from taking after his famous family in that aspect.
According to OK! Magazine, rumors of the Rob Kardashian lawsuit plans began earlier this month, when he started to seek legal counsel after his family's reality show, "Keeping up with the Kardashians," aired an episode completely centered about his depression, a matter he deems too delicate to publish - and even more so considering he was barely in the episode at all and there was no consent on his part.
He officially exited the show a while back, so it'd make sense that he's currently not bound by any contracts about his own exposure, which could explain Rob the possibility of Kardashian's lawsuit further.
Apparently the Rob Kardashian lawsuit, if it were to really happen, could go up to $50 million.
"Even after he's refused to appear on the show - and been cut out of his family's $100 million extension deal - his life is used as a storyline," an insider told MTV. "He's aware that they expect him to walk back through the door when money runs out, without realizing that they're actually the cause of his problems."
In the meantime, Christian Post reports that he might be writing a tell-all book about his family to seek out revenge for the way he's being treated.
In all, Rob Kardashian's lawsuit would just be the most recent drama to emerge from the family.
