4-Year-Old Girl Slushie- This news would surely give parents a reminder to make sure that they don't leave their kids away from their sights. Apparently, a 4-Year-old girl, Slushie fanatic left her Tacony home in Philadelphia in the wee hours of morning at 3 a.m. on Friday in search for a slushie.
The 4-Year-old girl Slushie fan boarded a Philadelphia bus and seemed determined to find what she wants. She knows where she's heading to.
Though it was raining, the little girl was prepared. She wore her purple raincoat, white snow boots and went up into the SEPTA Route 56 bus while telling other passengers that all she wanted was a slushie.
A CCTV surveillance video caught Annabelle Ridgeway, the 4-Year-old girl Slushie fan walking along Torresdale Avenue and being helped by a -concerned passenger to get up in the bus. She was actually searching for 7-11 convenience store. The little girl had walked five blocks from her home.
"'All I want is a Slushie - that is all she said," Harlan Jenifer, the bus driver stated. "She happily told everyone that she dressed herself and left the house, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, through the back door."
According to Jenifer, the parents of the 4-Year-old girl, Slushie fanatic don't have the idea that their daughter was missing. Jenifer immediately brought Annabelle to the nearest hospital and called the police authorities who later phoned in her parents.
After the 4-Year-old girl, Slushie diehard was reunited with her parents, the little girl still expressed her desire for the sweet slushie. In a WPVI's interview, Annabelle asked her mom, "Mommy, will you take me to Wawa and buy a slushie?"
Jaclyn Mager, Annabelle's mom replied with contentment saying that she will take her to Wawa and buy a slushie. She just requested her daughter, "But listen, promise me next time you'll wait for me OK?"
Mother Jaclyn Mager and father Timothy Ridgeway were so thankful for the bus driver who brought their daughter back. Ridgeway said that they were lucky. Meanwhile, the parents of the 4-Year-old girl, Slushie diehard is now making sure they install new locks on their doors.
Jenifer who was shocked to find the 4-Year-old girl, Slushie fan in his bus said that it was too funny. He said he was scared for her, but it was funny. The good driver added she was in good hands, Philly.com cited.
